About Living Anchor Xenia Care
Living Anchor Xenia Care is a residential care facility based in Nanaimo, BC. We are working toward Island Health licensing to provide complex care and supportive living for adults who need daily assistance, in a home-like environment grounded in respect and consistency.
Our team brings backgrounds in healthcare and community support, and our staffing model is built around consistent, rotating coverage so residents are never without the support they need.
